This is a red velvet cake but it's not red because we hate artificial colouring, so we've decided to call it Not Red Velvet Cake! But worry not because it might not be red but its moist, fluffy and not too sweeet, everything you expect a (not) red velvet cake to be! To put it simply (in the words of Mary Berry) this cake

*check with a scewer at 30mins, if it doesn't come out clean bake for another 15mins and check again*
