We can never resist Char SIu Bao! Fluffy bun, juicy bbq pork and fresh veggies, is there a better combo?
We've tried lots of recipes for the bbq pork but none of them satisfied us fully. So we decied to come up with our own version. This recipe is the result of lots of testing for about a year now. We love it and we decided it's time we shared it with everyone out there. So here it is, in all its glory, Give it a go - it's worth it.
*For the Buns we used momofuku's recipe and it is by far the best we've ever tried - and we're tried a lot of them.*
